Are you stressed?
Man undeneath pile of boxes and bags
Do any of the following have you weighed under?

relationship difficulties,
illness in yourself or others,
job pressures,
lack of job,
concern for your children,
concern about your parents,
bills,
schoolwork,
worry

Jesus addressed people just like yourself when He said:

"Come to me,
all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens,
and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you.
Let me teach you,
because I am humble and gentle,
and you will find rest for your souls.
For my yoke fits perfectly,
and the burden I give you is light."

Matthew 11:28, New Living Translation

~ ~ ~ Come Unto Me, by Cathrine H. Esling ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Come unto me when shadows darkly gather,
When the sad heart is weary and distressed;
Seeking for comfort from your heav'nly Father,
Come unto me, and I will give you rest.

Large are the mansions in my Father's dwelling,
Glad are those homes that sorrows never dim;
Sweet are the harps in holy music swelling,
Soft are the tones that raise the heav'nly hymn.

There, like an Eden blossoming in gladness,
Bloom the fair flow'rs by earth so rudely pressed;
Come unto him all ye who droop in sadness,
"Come unto me, and I will give you rest."

Give all your worries and cares to God,
for he cares about what happens to you.
1 Peter 5:7, New Living Translation

There is a wonderful book, a biography of Christ, entitled, The Desire of Ages.
For those who are stressed, I recommend the chapter, "The Invitation".
